Nvidia Quadro Displayport Not Working

I ve read on other forums that there is supposed to be a section called set up digital audio i don t see that on my screen anywhere.

This workstation has an nvidia quadro k2200 installed. For geforce there is a biosupdate available but it s not working for at least my quadro k5000 under windows 10 x64 my motherboard is a asrock 990fx extreme 9.
