Nvidia Optimus Not Working Windows 10

I have a dell xps 15 l521x with an nvidia 640m intel hd graphics 4000.

When i force a game to use my intel hd graphics games start and play fine. I solved by installing the driver version 345 20.

Recently did a clean install with build 10240 and was wondering if there is any special configuration i need to do for optimus to work correctly. So my nvidia optimus machine was working completely fine on windows 7 but once i upgraded to windows 10 my games crash. But games only crash when using the gt 420m. Doing this allowed me to get the integrated graphics working.
