Nvidia Optimus Low Fps

Because the software isn t intelligent it assumes that grandia 2 is low end which results in a low 15 20 fps. I never buy again a laptop with nvidia optimus. Fps drops because of dropping. Low fps because of low gpu load.

Nvidia did nothing in the last years to fix the issues. I had to this time 2011 fps drops with my games hl1 mods like cs 1 6 and hl2 mods like cs source and garry s mod have the low fps. I am using property nvidia drivers. This will potentially reduce your fps. And low and behold it gets the same performance as my windows setup. Have been frustrated with a similar problem for a while now.

The integrated gpu is an intel hd 530. The igpu can t handle 1080p60fps videos.
