Nvidia Nvenc Vs Intel Quick Sync

Hi i wanted to ask if any guys on intel or maybe users of this forum have done or know of any studies that compare the h 264 encoding speed between intel quick sync and nvidia nvenc.

Nvidia nvenc vs intel quick sync. Which one is the most cost intensive and loads the system. Nvidia s nvenc is approximately 2 59 times faster than amd vce and 1 89 times faster than intel quick sync. I remain skeptical about the results. Nvenc crushes any intel on my machine as i have a cheapie intel on chip only vs an nvidia rtx2060. I ve seen some tests stating both of the encoders are better but since all of them are done using some 3rd party tools like media espresso handbrake etc. Settings are all shown in the video.
