I ve had this problem with nvidia s geforce experience where i cant optimize a game or change any settings it just says unable to retrieve settings. Usually you can log into your geforce experience account and retrieve all the stored settings. However some errors like unable to retrieve settings try again later may prevent you from enjoying the best gaming experience.
