Nvidia Games Too Dark

The brightness of my monitor of the games i play and of the nvidia control panel.

Nvidia games too dark. The connection is a little strange because when i change my video card with gigabyte radeon r9 280x i lost sound from my motherboard. And it s as it turns out is not in the developed games and krivorukost most of nvidia and their new drivers which as it turned out a lot of problems many players and fps drop on level ground in many games which is not observed for relatively old drivers. Nvidia store update geforce rtx 3080 and rtx 3090 founders edition 264 0. When viewing hdr mkv files on my tv the picture is way too dark and colors look washed out.

Shadowplay recordings are very dark.
