Nvidia Create Account Not Working

I have the same problem on 20226.

Nvidia create account not working. If you have not recieved a confirmation email after 15 minutes please try again. When i try to start the game i get a ego dumper popup with the following. Dear codemaster i previously had a 1080ti nvidia and i was playing f1 2019 without any problem. I do not have an nvidia account. I ve gotten an email to verify it but when i click the link i get redirected to a page not found part of the nvidia s website.
