Nvidia Control Panel Color Settings Not Saving
Now i ve come to a problem where my desktop colour settings won t save on nvidia control panel if i launch a game it will revert to the default.
Nvidia control panel color settings not saving. The picture has a yellowish tint to it. Then i did the color settings in nvidia menu and the checkbox use my device settings at windows color management. Nvidia control panel color settings. Then reinstalled intel igpu driver too. I find these nvidia services useless anyhow too much noise for nothing. Nvidia control panel will not save color settings. Just picked up two 980 s and am having a similar problem and its driving me nuts.
So i have to do it on desktop every single time to get control panel. I must add though that this solution only fixes and keeps your custom color settings while on the desktop but they get reset when running full screen applications like games. My problem was resolved after stopping all the nvidia services 3 services and setting them to manual. When i try to change nvidia control panel settings 3d settings the settings do not save i e. I found an easy solution. My driver version is 331 65 with the geforce gt 555m.

My desktop colors settings won t save on the nvidia control panel if i launch a game it will revert to the default settings a dull looking display instead of a nice vibrant and colorful display if i use 3 monitors then i have one with nice colors etc and 2 with washed out graphics. 1 1 of 1. Adjust image settings with preview 1b.
Once i exit and restart nvidia control panel the settings revert back. The following changes can be controlled. Every time the computer rebooted daily shut down every night the colors would be jacked up again. I also noticed nvidia control panel button wont do anything if i right click on system try icon and try it open it from there after first reboot and beyond.
It worked before first reboot. The problem is easily fixed by going into the nvidia control panel. I m sure most of you have heard or read on the internet of the issue surrounding the custom color setting from the nvidia control panel. Tryed that used ddu did clean install same.
Jump to latest follow status not open for further replies. I just move the hue slider and it automatically fixes this problem and makes the picture look great.
