Laptop Gpu Low Usage

Hi i am having a problem.

Laptop gpu low usage. In gta v i range around 20 35 utilization and can barley break 60fps and in csgo i use around 10 15 and can barley exceed 130fps. Laptop gpu and cpu usage are low. I have a 2020 acer predator and whenever i play games my cpu usage would be around 50 while my gpu around 30 40 so my fps isnt as good as it could be. Low gpu usage directly translates to low performance or low fps in games because gpu is not operating at its maximum capacity as it is not fully utilized.

To get the maximum performance out of your graphics card and in games your gpu usage should be around 99 or even 100. For some reason i have very low gpu usage in all of my games. I have no idea what the issue could be. I am using a windows 10 hp computer with a video card i installed.
